High blood pressure

I’m a man 44 years old. Why my blood pressure is still 143/94 eventhough I take medication Exforge 10/160mg (morning)and NEBILET 5mg(noon). 2 weeks ago its already down 120/74 but then it goes up again. My weight used to be 110kg last month now its 96 Kg. I control my food intake. Any advice why its goes up again?
