Now I’m on Carbimazole & Propranolol. Before take medicine, my T4 is 29 & TSH also less than 0.01.

For your information, your latest thyroid test results, T4 : 24 and TSH < 0.01, indicates that your hyperthyroidism has not yet been well controlled, your thyroid hormone is still high.
Based on the latest Covid vaccination guideline, Covid-19 vaccine is available for stabilized hyperthyroidism cases, and after reviewed by the respective in charge doctors.
