Is emergency contraceptive needed?

Hello doctor Sashini, I am in my early 20’s. My bf & I were goofing around earlier today. Initially we dry humped fully clothed. Then I got naked but dry humped him while he was wearing a pair of shorts. After that he got naked as well, but our private parts did not come in any contact. He did give me oral and touched my private part with his fingers but his fingers were dry and he even washed his hands with soap before touching my private part. And my bf was dry the whole time both clothed and naked as he did not hv any fluid come out of his private part, I hv also checked to see if he was dry and hv asked him multiple times just to be sure and he said he was dry the whole time from the start. However, is there a possibility of me getting pregnant by dry humping him while I was naked & he was wearing shorts? Is there a possibility of me getting pregnant just by him touching my private part with his fingers and is there a possibility of pregnancy to occur even if we did not have any contact with our naked private parts? Is there a need for me to take an emergency contraceptive pill? If yes, which pill do I take and how do I take it?
