Salam sejahtera Dr, is it possible for someone have endometriosis even though ultrasound’s results always normal ? I have abdominal pain almost three years and I already go for check up a few months ago, i already do 4-5 ultrasound but all results were normal,i keep feel anxious until I’m not found the answer why it’s feel so hurt until sometimes I need to take sleeping pills to make me sleep immediately…i already take painkillers but it’s not really help me… it’s still hurt…and after that doctor suggested to take hormone pills to reduce that pain but idk why after take that pain my abdominal pain increase… I’m 20 years old female and not married yet,i start feel like pms symptoms even though when not in menstrual cycle…i read a few articles and mostly said that it’s hard to diagnose if someone have endometriosis
