Itchiness on the shaft of the penis

Hi Doctor, recently about few weeks ago I had experienced an itchiness on the shaft of my penis however there are no sign of any rash or anything. It’s just itchy on the left part of the shaft but it was not constant. Sometimes i felt it and sometimes I don’t it lasted for about two weeks and it was gone forever. So basically I have a gutate psoriasis and when i felt the itchiness I managed to put on some moisturizer on it with the hope that it will be gone. I’m not that sexually active but about the past one week I actually had a sexual intercourse by using a condom. and later I also masturbated using a sex toy. After both of that event suddenly the itchiness appear. I’ve read a lot of this on google and I’m a little bit worried if the itchiness was due to the sexual intercourse. Hopefully doctor can explain the situation that I have faced. Thank you
