Just got back from the UK

Hello. Just got back from a trip to the UK last Teusday. I haven’t had any fever. However I do realise that my body has been feeling weak so I am not sure wether it’s just from jet lag or something more serious that I should worry about. Should I go for a check up? Will the government hospital/clinic entertain cases like mine?

Thank you
