Knee pain at young age

Hi Doc. I’m a 24 years old working woman. I spend most of my time sitting on the chair at office. Last year, I started to feel pain on my knee after my netball and futsal training (2-3 training every weeks for 2months). I thought the pain was due to me being over active (I only be this active around the same time every year due to sport events at my office). However, till now I still feel the pain on my knee. I unable to run on treadmill as I fell the pain on my knee every time i run. Also I’ll feel the pain when I bend my knee or climb the stairs, once in a while. I would like to know if there is something wrong with my knee and what should i do to relieve the pain. Thank you.
