Migrain and it’s treatment

I am a mother of three small kids. After my 2nd birth, I easily get migraine, and headache. Now I am breastfeeding my 1 year old baby. I noticed my migraine attacks come when the weather is hot and I was outside. The event caused me dizzy before I had the migraine attack. I did nose operation in 2018 due to right maxillary polyp with small left concha bullosa. Other than that, no significant abnormalities. What should I do? What medicine can cure my migraine? Thanks.
