Not a Headache, but Head feels like it is swaying back & forth

I am a woman, 34, presenting following symptoms:

  1. Noticed feeling like my head feeling like it is shaking / swaying back and forth. No pain, just tiring (2 weeks ago)
  2. My period has been 10 days late (usually on the dot)
  3. Had ring worm infection and treated with Avezol (past 4 weeks since 9 June)
  4. Received my Covid19 vaccine on 23 June (11 days ago)
  5. Had my full body check up in March, no major health issues presented at the time

Please advise on what it might be? Should I go for some scans?

Thank you.
