On-off fever and bitter taste in mouth

I am a woman, 23 years old. Currently I’m having fever for 4 days, it get better in the morning, but worsen in the afternoon and night. Accompanied with that, i feel chills, headache , my body would also feel pain and stiff especially my joint and my face like the jaws, the teeth and the eyeball and brow area. Since 2 days ago, I started to have bitter metal like taste in my mouth.even when i drink mineral water it taste weird. I also started to feel nausea,but still manageable. During these 4 days i only consume panadol. It kinda helps with the fever, but not with other symptoms.
