Feverish and nausea

I had fever 3 days ago and I have been having it of and on. It comes and goes but it’s not very high. Also I feel nausaise at times. My appetite is not tht great but I’m still able to eat abit. As of now I dont have fever but I feel like throwing up. May I know why I feel this way?
