Symptoms after back from Japan Visit

Hi, I am 36yo Male.
I have visited Japan on past month February for 14days. I came back to malaysia on 29th February, and doing 14days self quarantine now.
I am having cough symptoms started yesterday and sore throat. But today sore throat seems better but still having cough.
Should I visit Sg Buloh Hospital directly or any better advice.
