Tested negative for Covid-19 and discharged 2 weeks ago but still feeling under the weather

Hi dr, I previously tested positive for covid-19 and was discharged 2 weeks ago on account of being negative. However, I’ve been experiencing frequent headaches, nausea, racing heartbeat and occasional warmness that results in a sweat outbreak (thermometer shows between 36.8 and 37.2degrees so its not a fever). I’m not sure what this is but I’ve also been having trouble sleeping recently (i.e. I’ll only start nodding off at 6-7am) and have been feeling a bit weaker (i.e. slower movements but not impaired) lately. Could I get some help on this? Please and thank you!

Greetings!
