Hello and thank you for using our service.
We understand that you have a concern about being vaccinated while having an allergy to amoxicillin, is this correct? Let me know if I misunderstood your question but I will help you in this matter.
For your information, allergy to amoxicillin is not a contraindication to the COVID-19 vaccine. However, if you have any history of immediate onset anaphylaxis to multiple classes of drugs or unexplained anaphylaxis, it is better that you get further confirmation from a doctor or specialist , as well as report to the medical officer at your Vaccination Center, to prevent any serious complications .
You can also contact the Crisis Preparedness and Response Center (CPRC) or JKJAV.
