Vaginal discharge and pain while urinating

Hi, i’m a woman in my 20s, and a past a few days me and partner did sexual intercourse. And after 3-4 days im experiencing that my vaginal discharge was a bit odd? It kept on coming out, the scent is the same but the colour of it is like milky-yellowish, sometimes its thick sometimes its like a liquid. And im also experiencing some bumps or a few vagina pimple. I do feel a burning sensation when urinating and it hurts when i tried to walk or sit. Also i do feel pain on my anus.
