Vibration on left foot

Hi, I’m an 18 year old female who’s experiencing vibrations on the sole of my left foot (the area below my toes).
The vibrations are very minor. It’ll vibrate for a second then pause, continue vibrating, pause and the pattern repeats.
This mostly happens when I’m resting which causes me to have difficulty falling asleep since I can feel those vibrations.
I’m not experiencing any pain or numbness around the area. I can move my foot, toes and walk normally.
At first, I thought it was due to lack of blood supply to my feet so I tried not elevating it but it didn’t work. Then I thought maybe because of dehydration so I kept myself hydrated but the buzzing wont go away.
This has been going on for around 3-4 days.
Please let me know if this is normal because I’ve never experienced this before. Thank you!
