About 3 months ago, I’ve got Chlamydia

About 3 months ago, I’ve got Chlamydia. And a week after, it was cured. But I didn’t have a check afterward. Later this week, I had sex with my partner. And he’s got the chlamydia symptom; white fluid coming out of his penis. Does that mean I have HIV/AIDS or just Chlamydia or what? My partner and I are both male.
