Greetings!
Thank you for your question. You are not having a fever and Thailand is not a high risk country for COVID-19. Please take note of this when answering the quiz. For your convenience, here is the link Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to reevaluate your status.
Besides COVID-19 your symptoms of shortness of breath and cough may be caused by:
- Other bacterial or viral infection like the common cold
- Asthma
- Allergic Rhinitis
- Pneumonia
- Tuberculosis
- COPD
- Anemia
- Anxiety
I do suggest that you meet a health practitioner given that you have the symptom of shortness of breath which is rather serious. The COVID-19 test on the other hand is only done for those of medium high risk and high risk for COVID-19. However, you may take this test in private hospitals too. We also provide home testing services, accessible through this link: COVID-19 Screening At Home.
You may consult a MOH doctor by clicking Ask Doctor at the Ministry of Health website (COVID-19 Portal) to ask any health issues related to COVID-19 starting from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
After 5.00 pm till 12.00 am, please direct your enquiries to our DoctorOnCall website at this link https://www.doctoroncall.com.my/tanya/.
