Back from seoul - on self quarantine - some slight coughs, phelgm in throat, effort in breathing and quicker than usual heart beat sometime since yesterday
Hi Doctor, I am a 38 yo female. I came back from Seoul on 29 Feb.
Took precautions like handwashing, use hand sanitizer and wear face mask when i was there (19-28/2)
Receive the Health Alert Card from airport and went on self quarantine and today is day 6. Yesterday evening started to have a little bit of cough and this morning slightly more. Phelgm in throat.
Last night, feels like i need a bit of effort for breathing sometimes with a bit of quick heart-beat. no fever just feeling very hot all the time, because confined in room (opened windows and turned on fans, no aircond)
