Bloody Sore throat, chest ache
I am a 31 years old male, on 30/Mar/2020 I took a PCR test on a private clinic and tested negative (E gene not detected).
However starting from yesterday 6/April/2020 I got a really bad sore throat, it was so irritating I had to keep clearing my throat by doing that “Ahem!” sound over and over. That night when I clear my throat during a shower I found that there was blood in my spit. I also felt some chest ache during breathing that night.
On evening 7/4/2020, chest ache died down a little, I took my temperature and it was 36.9 Celsius, however the sore throat is still persisting, and there are still blood in my spit.
So my question is, is this anything serious? Should I get further medical attention or should I just stay at home and rest?

Greetings! Thank you for the question. For your information, there are several factors that can causes sore throat:
- Bacterial or viral infection
- Tonsilitis
- Pharyngitis
When you put pressure at your throat, there is a risk of blood vessel rupture. If the amount of blood is huge, you start to experience dizziness, difficulty breathing and chestpain, you need to immediately go to the nearest clinic
