Coughing and chest tideness

I’m 30 lady … I have been coughing for the past 1 week and having chest tideness went to klinik and hospital Dr said it’s just normal cough. I did not travel anywhere… did a fbc blood and my white blood cells are Abit high thats what the Dr told me
