COVID-19 -Travel to Japan except Hokkaido
Is there a restriction to travel to Japan? Our engineer will not be going to Hokkaido during the business trip. WIll he subjected to mandatory quarantine at home for 14 days upon arrival to Malaysia for those coming back from Japan.

First and foremost, I understand your concern regarding this issue of coronavirus since there’s an outbreak of the virus.
Given that he has just returned from Japan, he is encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, he will be classified into several categories as follows:
Low risk: You have to perform self-quarantine at home for at least 14 days. You also have to monitor your health such as taking your temperature and look out for any COVID-19 symptoms like coughing, fever, and shortness of breath.
Moderate risk: You have to visit your nearest healthcare facility to obtain further confirmation.
High risk: You have to visit your nearest healthcare facility immediately. If you are confirmed with COVID-19, you will be referred to a specific hospital and receive further treatment there. You will also be quarantined at the healthcare facility for surveillance.
