Covid19 test quality
Are the covid19 tests offered by the private sector such as Pantai hospital, Thomson Hospital, Qualitas of equivalent quality? How accurate are the tests? Is there a minimum waiting period after exposure to potential risk before being tested?

For your information, the method used by the private sector and government hospital is the same which is by PCR test (Polymerase chain reaction). So, the accuracy should be the same.
You will be tested by government hospital if you’re a high risk individual and fulfill their criteria. You can assess your risk by answering the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories. however you can opt for private test as you listed above.
You may consult a MOH doctor by clicking Ask Doctor at the Ministry of Health website (COVID-19 Portal) to ask any health issues related to COVID-19 starting from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
