Delaying 2nd dose of astrazeneca

I would like to ask. Is it possible if my 2nd dose of astrazeneca delayed to 4 months or more after first jab?

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand your concern about the possibility of delaying second dose of AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. Don’t worry, we got this.

Generally, the intervals between the first and second doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine is set at 12 weeks in line with the recommendations given by WHO (World Health Organisation). You are advised to attend your second dose appointment that has been scheduled.

For further information over this matter, you are recommended to consult with our doctor online.

You may also contact the Crisis Preparedness and Response Center (CPRC) or JKJAV for second opinion.
