Hello and good morning
Thank you for your question

Based on your question, I understand that you are worry about your problem. I will try to help you.

For your information, as long as your family members is under quarantine and not yet done their second swab test, I advice you not to go out first. It is as a safety precaution to prevent the virus from spreading. After your family members has done their second swab test and get the results, and the result is negative, then you can go out to buy groceries. But, always remember to follow the SOP, always practice social distancing and wear the face mask everywhere you go.

Before that, I advice you to refer to the doctor to get an exact information. You can have an online consultation with our doctors for more information and further treatments.

I hope this answer will help you. Thank you
