Dry cough and diarrhea

Hi doctor, I am 21 years old, male. I had been travelling from Ireland to Malaysia few days ago. I reached Malaysia on 2nd of April, today is my self-quarantine day 6. I dont have any fever or breathe problem at the moment. But I had dry cough and diarrhea these few days. The diarrhea start the day after I reached here and the dry cough only started yesterday. The dry cough is just feels like there are something inside my chest or
throat. Is there any professional recommend for me? Should I go for Covid 19 screening or wait and observed for few more days?
