Thank you for your question. The triple layer mask in compulsory for those with respiratory symptoms. Otherwise healthy individuals may use the cloth mask. Since the COVID-19 is spread via respiratory droplets, the cloth mask will be good enough to protect yourself besides the regular hand washing.
You may consult a MOH doctor by clicking Ask Doctor at the Ministry of Health website (COVID-19 Portal) to ask any health issues related to COVID-19 starting from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
