Fever, mild sore throat. Heat source around stomach/ intestine area and then spread up

Hi, I am 30 yrs old, male. I would like to know the steps to do the cov19 test in Johor? Is at Sultanah Aminah Hospital right?
Symtops: Fever (around 37.8) & mild sore throat had continuous for around 14 days. heat up and down intermittently and cyclic from stomach/intestine area and then spread upward.Down when body sweat, mostly able to sweat at ambient, aircond environment slower. Had visited clinic during the time. I will attach a blood test in here. went to singapore on 18 feb. Thanks
