Flu, sore throat and heaty body

I’m 33 years old female. Last Friday, I have contacted a friend of mine who works in KL Sentral and stays at Ara Damansara (both the places are closed for quarantine now). I started having fluu on Sunday night and getting worse on Monday. On Tuesday, i felt hot on my forehead & body, with flue still going on, but the doctor which i consulted said I have no fever and it’s normal flu. As today already Thursday, I don’t see any symptom of recovery but worsen flu, heaty body and hardly breathe in air cond room. Am i just having normal flu now?
