General Anxiety disorder

I have stop my anxiety pills for more than 2 years. Recently due to my daughter having dengue fever and due to to COVID -19 plus I have stomach discomfort, shortness of breath, weakness, mild fever and mild cough. I think my anxiety came back. I had my COVID-19 tested and my result was negative. My problem now is I have anxiety and I dare not go to the hospital. Is it possible that I purchase the anxiety pill or consult the doctor here to prescribe me the anxiety pill?
