Headache and back pain

Hello doctor, I’m a guy in 20’s. I need your advice. I’m obese 120kg weight I got eczema, g6pd, skin problem but recently I’m having a headache. I want your advice how should I start my diet and what kind of nutrition should I take. And I also having a backpain recently

From your complaints, we understand that you are having obesity and aiming for weight reduction. This can be achieved through multiple activities and diet plan. For instance:

  • Stop smoking if you are currently a smoker
  • Control your blood pressure if you have hypertension
  • Healthy diet, with lots of fruits, vegetables and healthy fats (fish and certain oils)
  • Avoid red meat, butter, fried food, cheese, and food with lots of saturated fats
  • Exercise can increase good fat and reduce bad far, it also help in getting rid of extra calories.

As for your back pain, it could be due to:

  • Muscle or ligament strains
  • Ruptured or bulging disc
  • Arthritis
  • Skeletal irregularities like scoliosis or kyphosis
  • Osteoporosis
  • Any nerve impingement
