Hi!

Thank you for your question. I understand that you are worried about the risk of COVID-19 infection. First of all, if your guest has symptoms, you need to advice them to check for their needs to screen for COVID-19 by assessing their risks. Encourage them to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate their health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, they will be classified into several categories.

Apart from that, the hotel need to carry out thorough disinfection throughout the main area and the guest’s room and living mainway.

In the meantime, practice these steps

  • Increased focus on hand hygiene
  • Increased cleaning and hygiene protocols
  • Regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals and elevator buttons with anti-bacterial liquids
  • Offer disinfectant dispensers in public areas to our guests
  • Observance of the procedures for dealing with colleagues who are ill
