Im having headache and i feel my throat is dry but no coughing or any other heavy sypmtoms. My appetite is okay but i only have headache

I have headache for 3 days now this week. I dont know it is because I slept a little late due to assignment. Because its normal for me to sleep late. But not these a few days i have headache in the morning.
I also feel a little not comfy on my throat. is it probably the weather and i didnt drink enough water ?
On 05/03, i went to hospital columbia visited my uncle. he just had medical check up for his heart and stomach, but before my mom and i enter the hospital, theres a nurse checking on our temperature. since i can passed through i think my temperature was just fine. even until today i dont have any fever.
but should i be worried? because I went to zoo negara on 29/02. Thank you dr

Thank you for your question. Your symtom of headache may be due to poor sleep hygiene. When there’s a disturbance in your circadian rhythm, you can have headache when you wake up in the morning. This may be exacerbated when you are stressed whilst doing your assignment. Other than that, dehydration can also be a contributing cause to both your headache and feeling of uneasiness in your throat.
