Irregular periods 4 weeks

Hi I’m a 15 y/o girl , I started my period when I was 9 and it was all okay till this year , my period started to get off track , I’d have period 4 weeks every month , last two months i was having a heavy period which i have to constantly change my pads every hour , but this month , my period was just the old brown and dark bloods , the whole 4 weeks, The red bloods only come out for 3 days and then the old bloods continues till today. And yesterday I had a discharge (my old brown bloods havent ended yet) my discharge have a red bloods on it… is this bad or should I go for a check up?
