My autistic daughter is having vaginal itching
My autistic(Autism Spectrum Disorder -Level 3)daughter - for past 2 weeks behaving unusual, she is 11 years old and already have period for past 1 year, she is constantly goes in and out toilet every 5 minutes, keep on putting the intimate wash and keep on washing off.
I have given her some cranberry juice worried it might be some tract infections, given her canesten cream (antifungal (1% clotrimazole), and few other antifungal cream ( 3 other types-dermaplex antifungal/freederm antifungal/creobic antifungal but she still doing the same toilet in and out.
Could it be vaginal bacterial or yeast infection which is prone in Autistic individual.Worried if she have the inflammation or cytisis kind of situation cse she seems relieves when she is in the toilet.
Can u prescribe an antibiotic for her ? I really hope that would be last resort.
Tq so much pls help me
