Hi doc, I am 46 year old woman. Been having this nerve problem but not severe. I have the **pain only when i put pressure on my right hand. Example, if i do hard brushing using my right hand, then i will have pain the whole of my right side, starting frm my arm until my right leg…if severe i will have headache (like migrain), only at the right side.
My question is can this be worsen when i age…is there any supplements or exercise or anything i can do to cure this problem.
Actually, its not **pain, its like ‘lenguh’ or feel weak
