Off and on symptoms

I have been having flu, cough and shortness of breath off and on for the past few weeks. Im not sure if this is something to be concerned about? I occasionally have higher temperature, but it goes up and down too. Hope to hear from you soon, thank you.

I have not been to high risk countries, but I’m exposed to public areas a lot.
