Periods with implant

Hi Doctor. I am using implant from last 3 years. it was good and I was getting my periods on time , only few months in between this period, my periods were late from 3-6 days. after 3 years , I removed and then reinsert new implant at same time from doctor. after I injected new implant, my periods are delayed more than 10 days. Is it normal…?
