Persistent dry cough, sore throat and chest pains

I am a woman aged 25 years old. I have been experiencing these symptoms since January 2020. My phlegm is yellow, and sometimes with streaks of blood, and I on and off have difficulties in breathing. On 19th of January, 2020, I had a high fever along with chills, shivering, sweating, joint and muscle aches, and headaches.I did not seek treatment for that as I thought it was just a common cold. On the 12th of February 2020, I had another high fever of 38.2°C, and a very intense headache. After a course of antibiotics, my fever subsided but my sore throat remained. I started developing chest pains shortly after that and these symptoms have persisted until now. I am concerned that this may be COVID-19, or some underlying health issue. I was travelling in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah when I had my first episode of fever. An additional information that may or may not be relevant, I was in close contact with a man that was coughing out a lot of blood. I was waiting to cross the road and saw a man within 1 metres of me coughing out blood profusely.
