Regarding covid test prior to air travel
i wish to know where i could get myself covid tested (Privately or in govt. clinic)inorder to allow me to fly to kochi for transfer of residence sometime in July - August 2020, for my homestate entry point insists on it .i am healthy now my His grace.

You might be able to do screening test for COVID-19 at any one of the government hospital listed here (Designated Hospital for COVID-19). However, if you meant to do COVID-19 swab test you might have to opt for private testing as government would only do to those who is high risk and fulfill certain criteria. You may get the test through this link COVID-19 Screening At Home.
You may consult a MOH doctor by clicking Ask Doctor at the Ministry of Health website (COVID-19 Portal) to ask any health issues related to COVID-19 starting from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
