Sharp pain on nail beds

Hello doctor, I’m 21/F. For the past few months I’ve been experiencing a very sharp, poking + throbbing pain on the nail beds of my middle finger and ring finger, sometimes happens on the index finger as well. It just comes out of nowhere without any sign. I am not sure why am I having that pain. It feels like pain comes from the middle of the nail bed itself. I never had injury on any of my nails. Today, I experienced the pain again on the right hand while I was just holding my handphone. It was super painful that I had to actually press my nails for a solid few seconds to a minute, then it slowly went away. Is this a sign of iron/vitamin deficiency? Or is there any other problems that requires me to get checked?
