Body/Joint pain are common side effects of AstraZenecca vaccine which will be resolved in a few days. However chest pain is not a common side effect that should be anticipated, if the pain worsen it indcates an underlying problem.
However, paracetamol has been recommended for pain relieve and fever post-vaccination but we advise you to consult a doctor regarding your chest pain before taking any medication.
