Skin condition with eczema

Hai I am a 22 yrs old female with a fragile dry skin. My last consult with a dermatologist, At first I was told that I have severe fungal infection all over my body. By the way, my skin is similar to eczema and after Dr give me itraconizole and aerius , it gets better. But then it prone to came again so he said to change my daily cream to oilment based and start moisturize my skin as i have eczema. but im still want to confirm if there is any other ways to control my flare up because i cant afford to go to specialist every 2 weeks. now im currently using pinetarsol gel and eucerin relief cream but my eczema still flare up.
