Eczema on both palms

My mother is in her 60’s and she’s having eczema on both her palms (cracked and itchy) since last year. Is there any med to get rid of the Eczema? Please advise. Thanks.

Thank you for your questions.

Usually, eczme can be treated as following:

  • Aplication of lotion or cream to keep the skin moisturize especially after bath.

  • Cold compression to relieve itchiness

  • Medication- Hydrocortisone 1%, cream or ointment containing corticosteroid to relieve inflammation. However this medication can’t be use on long term die to its side effect
