We understand your worries especially with the development of symptoms indicative but not exclusive of COVID-19.
Since you’ve already visit the hospital twice and they told you that there’s no need to do COVID-19 test, I guess I would go with them. Since not only the history, the already did physical examination and also investigation on you. Hence they know more about your health thus, the decision that COVID-19 test is unnecessary.
To alliviate you worries, you can answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories. You may proceed by following the instructions given at the end of the quiz.
My advise is, watch out your symptoms. If it get any worse, you can visit your doctor. Nevertheless, you can opt for private COVID-19 test through this link COVID-19 Screening At Home
