Spotting when I wipe but not on my panties

Period calculation
Mar (28/3-1/4)
April (21-25)
May (17-21)
June (16-20)

Cycle varies from earliest 22 days to 23/24 days. Period only 4 - 5 days, day 2 & 3 heavy then light and stopped.

Today 7/7/2020, had light pinkish red spotting only when wiping with toilet tissue. After cleaning came white clear discharge. Felt cramping on left side like mittleschmirtz, mild nauseous. Last few days i had breast soreness to the touch.

I had intercourse a day before period (15/6). No pain during sex or bleeding.

Except one time in Nov 2019, husband penetrated too hard multiple times and went too deep and had one time like postcoital bleeding, washed my vagina and no blood after being cleaned. no pain afterwards but just discomfort on lower abdomen. The discomfort feeling gone after 24 hours.
Following month, had few intercourse after that and no bleeding or pain. No vaginal thrush. Only vaginal discharge sometimes yellowish, glueish or watery. No foul smell.

What should i take note? I have depression and anxiety. I am obese. I am scared as my family has cancer history (father died of lung cancer-smoker, sister had breast cancer - survivor, another sister died of ovarian cancer).
