Unusual pain on left abdominal

I am a woman. Early this year I was having a bad gastric situation and the doc gave me medicine. Until now I felt like throwing up and hard to breathe after eat. For past few days I felt unusual pain on my stomach on left. It like something stabbing. It feel even worse if pressure it with my finger. I also feel pain when I sneeze or cough. I also feel extremely dizzy and stomach pain after eating something dairy. Before that, when I was 15 y/o, thick red black blood with my bowel. I felt pain in my stomach and I saw blood.
