Vaccination after positive Covid-19

Hi. On behalf of my workers who are recovered positive Covid-19 they just completed their Home Surveillance Order and tomorrow is their second dose vaccination. Some of them still have symptoms . Should they just cancel the appointment or just proceed the vaccination as schedule?

Hello, thank you for your enquiry.

For your information, each of your workers will have their own quarantine date and status, please check for each individual. Even if some of them have completed their quarantine, they will require a second covid test to confirm their status before they are free from quarantine.

Other than that, post-covid patients are allowed to receive vaccine, but in terms of they should be symptoms-free for at least 10 days and no fever for at least 24 hours without rely on medications. Those who met this criteria may continue their schedule to receive vaccine.

Those who does not met the criteria to discontinue from isolation will need to rearrange their appointment date for vaccine. Please do contact the vaccine center they attended for further instructions and make sure to contact the respective department, CPRC via 0388810200/+60178429454 for their post-quarantine covid test first before that.

For more information you may refer to your doctor or contact us for an online consultation for assistance.
