Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Hi, i am a female 29 years old, married for 5 years, i have already went to the hospital past years, but then i stopped undergoing procedures, i was diagnosed with PCOS. I hve hirsutism problem on my facial area, obese, my back always hurt, same with my heels. I am trying to get pregnant but my period are all over the place.i did try to lose weight but then i lost focus.what should i do?
