Anxiety, Pain Gastric and Chest Pain

i’m 39yo woman and have anxiety for the past 10 years. lately my anxiety is always on high level and i get shoulder blade aches for 2 - 3 days. I’ve also been having gastric issues and these last few days, i have been waking up with sharp chest pain (sometimes left side, sometimes right side- depends on which side i slept on) and it subsided when i sit up straight and immediately i’ll burp and have grumbling noisy stomach like gassy. I’m not on any medication but using CBT for my anxiety. The Chest pain is sharp and last few seconds, it comes on and off in few different location. it occur mostly after i sit hunch back.i feel better after burping/farting but it feels like the burp is “stuck” and only burp after i walk or get up. Can anxiety triggers the chest pain and gassy tummy.
